If Your Products Are From Our In-house My Supply Co. Brand
Our Happiness Guarantee: Not your thing? Contact us within 30 days of your order to get a 100% refund. There is no hassle. You do not have to return anything to us. If you do not love My Supply Co. products for any reason, simply get in touch via SMS at +1.604.305.3050, email at [email protected], or live chat and let us know you’d like a refund. That’s it.
If Your Products Are Not From Our In-house My Supply Co. Brand
You may return any unopened (still in its plastic wrap or the seal is unbroken) items to My Supply Co., for any reason, for a full refund within 30 days of delivery of your shipment. We'll also refund the return shipping cost if the return is a result of our error.
Once we receive your return, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be returned via the original payment method (e.g. electronic money transfer or credit card), within a certain amount of days.
If an item is not eligible for a return but has been shipped within 14 days, you may still receive a refund if it is a result of our error.
Please note that we cannot accept the return of opened items or items returned more than 30 days past delivery. We can only process returns and refunds for items purchased at My Supply Co.
Please ensure you enclose the correct and complete item when making a return. The correct item must be returned to receive a refund.
My Supply Co. does not store items mistakenly sent to us and instead donates or recycles them when appropriate and possible. If you accidentally sent the wrong item to My Supply Co., please contact us via live chat, SMS, or email as soon as possible. My Supply Co. cannot guarantee your item will be found and returned, and no compensation is provided for incorrect items sent to My Supply Co..
Replacement of Damaged or Defective Items
Using Our Return Mailing Label
The return mailing labels obtained from the My Supply Co. are valid only for returns shipped within Canada.
Each return mailing label is coded for a specific shipment. Please do not include items from other orders, or other shipments from the same order, in the same box, or you will not receive the correct refund. Each shipment must be returned using a separate mailing label.
If you use this mailing label and the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.), we'll pay the return shipping costs once the return is processed.
If you use this mailing label and your return is not the result of our error, the shipping cost of that returned item will be deducted from your refund along with any applicable Import Fees Deposit. The amount deducted will be the equivalent to our standard shipping costs for that item.
Returning a Gift Card
Gift Cards are not returnable after purchase (except as required by law).
